SEENA is in private beta. These terms are a placeholder for testers and require review by a qualified attorney before public launch.

By creating an account or using SEENA, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

  • SEENA is provided "as is" for personal reflection, journaling, and life organization — not as a substitute for professional care.
  • SEENA is not a therapist, doctor, lawyer, or financial advisor.
  • AI responses, summaries, and Twin insights may be inaccurate or incomplete. Verify important information yourself.
  • You are responsible for what you upload and how you use exported content. Do not upload content you do not have rights to share.
  • Do not use SEENA to harm yourself or others. In a crisis, contact emergency services or a qualified professional — not SEENA alone.
  • You must be at least 13 years old to use SEENA. Accounts may be suspended for abuse, spam, or attempts to compromise the platform.
  • We may update features, pricing, and these terms as SEENA evolves. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of updated terms where permitted by law.

Account termination. You may delete your account in Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or pose security risk.

Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SEENA and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service or reliance on AI-generated content.
